3. Discuss design elements such as Fonts/Emblems/ Borders/ Etc.
4. Within a week we'll provide you with a few drafts to review
5. Listen to family feedback
6. A focused and attentive back and forth with you until designs are approved
7. Begin crafting the monument
8. After being excellently crafted, the stone is delivered and installed
9. Receive family input and apply it to future generations and family members
